LinkedIn Graphic Designer and Videographer Team

  • Description: This team is tasked with creating engaging graphic designs and video content tailored to the professional audience on LinkedIn. The material produced will focus on showcasing the mission, achievements, and future plans of Urban Array.

  • Responsibilities: Graphic Designer and Videographer are responsible for creating content following the brand guidelines, conceptualizing design and video ideas, executing the designs and videos, editing and finalizing the content. Jr Project Manager will oversee the project, ensure the team meets deadlines, and handle communication between the team and stakeholders.

  • Workload: The workload will include creating regular posts for LinkedIn, special campaign materials, and occasional event promotions.

  • Roles Needed: Graphic Designer x 2, Video Editor x 2, Project Manager.

Instagram Artwork Team

  • Description: This team specializes in creating visually appealing artwork for Instagram. They focus on graphics and videos that resonate with Instagram's user base, effectively conveying Urban Array's message and engaging followers.

  • Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer and Videographer will be responsible for brainstorming ideas, creating and editing graphics and videos, and ensuring that all content aligns with Instagram's guidelines and Urban Array's brand. The Jr Project Manager will manage the project timeline, facilitate communication, and handle any issues that arise.

  • Workload: The team will be responsible for generating daily posts and stories, along with special campaign materials and event promotions.

  • Roles Needed: Graphic Designer x 2, Video Editor x 2, Project Manager.

Adv Members

UA Icons and Symbols Team

  • Description: This team is tasked with the creation of unique icons and symbols that will represent Urban Array. These designs will be used across various platforms and materials to create a cohesive and recognizable brand image.

  • Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create the icons and symbols. The Jr Project Manager will oversee the project, handle feedback and revisions, and ensure the designs are integrated into all necessary materials and platforms.

  • Workload: This project will require intensive work at the beginning to create the icons and symbols, and then periodic work to update or create new designs as needed.

  • Roles Needed: Graphic Designer x 2, Video Editor x 2, Project Manager.

Detroit and Chicago Impact Studio Projects Collateral Team

  • Description: This team will create collateral materials for the Detroit and Chicago Impact Studio Projects. These materials will be used to promote and inform about the projects across various platforms.

  • Responsibilities: The Graphic Designer and Videographer will create designs and videos that highlight the impact of the projects and align with the brand image. The Jr Project Manager will manage the project timeline, facilitate communication, and handle any issues that arise.

  • Workload: The workload will vary depending on the timeline and needs of the projects. Expect intensive work periods leading up to project launches or key events.

Podcast/Docuseries Team

  • Description: This team is responsible for creating a podcast/docuseries that will highlight the work of Urban Array. The content will focus on the organization's impact, community stories, and relevant topics in the urban development sector.

  • Responsibilities: The Videographer will handle the filming and editing of the docuseries. The Jr Project Manager will manage the project timeline, coordinate with guests and locations, facilitate communication, and handle any issues that arise.

  • Workload: This will be an ongoing project with a regular release schedule, requiring consistent work to plan, film, and edit each episode.

  • Roles Needed: Graphic Designer x 2, Video Editor x 2, Project Manager.
